Vacant residences

Vacant residences are posted shortly and at any time of the month, usually on Mondays.

As a member of a SLUSS-affiliated student union, you have priority in our housing queue. If you have not started studying yet, you can become a support member. You can read more about membership at www.ultunastudentkar.se or www.vmf.se

To be able to apply for a room or apartment, you must be registered in our housing queue.

By 9 months rent is meant to be free of charge in June, July and August. In order to take advantage of the 9-month rental, the rental agreement must start to be valid by 1 April.

If there is a date within parentheses then it is an alternate move-in date.

If you change contract in the area you lose your queue days.
If you move within SUSbo, it is 2 months notice period against 3 months otherwise.
