Vacant residences

Vacant residences are posted shortly and at any time of the month, usually on Mondays.

As a member of a SLUSS-affiliated student union, you have priority in our housing queue. If you have not started studying yet, you can become a support member. You can read more about membership at www.ultunastudentkar.se or www.vmf.se

To be able to apply for a room or apartment, you must be registered in our housing queue.

By 10 months rent is meant to be free of charge in June and July. In order to take advantage of the 10-month rental, the rental agreement must start to be valid by 1 May.

If there is a date within parentheses then it is an alternate move-in date.

If you change contract in the area you lose your queue days.
If you move within SUSbo, it is 2 months notice period against 3 months otherwise.

The next announcement of vacant objects takes place at the beginning of August.
